This unique red wine, called Cabernet MD Excellence, uses Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah grapes. All bunches come from the oldest and finest vineyards in Morocco. The unique soil composition and location of the vineyard result in a very full and ripe harvest. However, the yield of this top-notch wine is minimal. Harvesting takes place at ideal ripeness in the morning and is carried out entirely by hand. Each bunch is inspected during harvesting, resulting in a dramatic increase in purity. The plots are harvested, variety by variety, in small crates and transported to Thalvin.

Cabernet MD Excellence Zenata Vin du Marc is a truly special wine from Morocco. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah is partially aged in new French oak barrels for six months, resulting in a beautifully developed palette of aromas and flavors. The nose reveals beautiful aromas of vanilla, plums, cherries, and a touch of cedar. On the palate, this red wine is wonderfully full-bodied and powerful, with nuances of forest fruits, mocha, vanilla, and a light hint of chocolate.
