What a feast it is, and that begins the moment we open the bottle. We immediately smell a powerful aroma of ripe black fruit, accompanied by light spices and a touch of black pepper. In the glass, it emanates a deep, dark red color with a purple rim. The beautiful, thick structure yields ripe aromas of cherry jam, cedar, plums, licorice, and nutmeg. The aroma is truly overwhelming, but it doesn't stop there; on the palate, it delivers an explosion of flavors. The tongue is pampered by black fruit, light spices, and a touch of vanilla.
