As a result, the family settled in Jumilla as early as 1870. They were among the first to plant the refreshing Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. This grape thrives thanks to its perfect position in the sun. The bunches also receive plenty of refreshment from the ocean breeze and the wonderfully cool nights. The Bodegas Bellavista winery has dedicated itself entirely to this wine region, and this is evident in all their wines: abundant richness, finesse, and traditional winemaking techniques.

The Sauvignon Blanc bunches enjoy a perfect climate between the warmth of the sun, the coolness of the wind, and nighttime temperatures. This makes the growth process very slow and balanced. The bunches can draw abundant nutrients from the rich soil structure, and when the harvest is ripe, it is harvested during the night.
