Care Carinena Garnacha Blanca Nativa

A beautiful addition to Bodegas Anadas's wide range. The faces on the labels reflect the sun and the soil of the wine. They are all designed by artist Enrique Torrijos. "Care" also refers to the English word. This was a deliberate choice because they care for and respect the vines and the vinification process of the wines. And this care brings high-quality wines to the market.

The wide range of Care Carinena

Care is part of the larger Bodegas Anadas. Founded in 2000 as a family project, Care is a modern brand fully focused on the quality of its grapes and wine. They own 150 hectares in northeastern Spain. The vineyards are spread at altitudes of 600 to 800 meters. The climate is continental Mediterranean, with very little rainfall and alternating heat with cold, dry winds. This has a positive effect on the grapes, which develop exceptionally well thanks in part to the rocky, poor soil. The grapes are harvested at peak ripeness. This is followed by a cold maceration of approximately 18 hours with skin contact. Alcoholic fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 to 18 degrees Celsius. The wine is aged for two months in French oak barrels, allowing this Garnache Blanca to fully develop.

The scent and taste of Care Carinena Garnacha Blanca Nativa

The Garnacha Blanca Natvia is a straw yellow in the glass with occasional greenish reflections. It has a beautiful appearance. The aroma is equally impressive. A floral character with hints of aromatic herbs, citrus, and notes of ripe, exotic fruit. Thanks to aging, it has achieved a beautiful balance. It is a full-bodied wine, elegant and fruity. Its finish is very long and elegant.
