This was the place where he wanted to produce the finest and most affordable wines. Whether this mission would succeed was initially uncertain, but almost a century later, we can confidently say that Mr. Añadas's motto has been achieved.

Spanish top rosé

This beautiful Spanish rosé is made from two grape varieties: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Tempranillo. These grapes come from the Pago Cadillos vineyard, which was planted between 1980 and 2006. It's certainly a mature vineyard. Both the Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo thrive in this vineyard. With a loamy, sandy subsoil, the plants' deep roots allow them to draw sufficient nutrients from the soil. Because the vineyard is planted at an altitude of over 400 meters above sea level, there's ample space for optimal sunlight exposure. Furthermore, the falling nighttime temperatures and the winds blowing along the hills also significantly contribute to a balanced growing season. When this season comes to an end, the manual harvest will begin.

Unlike what we're used to, this Care Rosé Tempranillo Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep pink color. It's often called a "dark rosé," or "dark rosé." We often hear the assumption that a dark rosé is much sweeter. Nothing could be further from the truth. This delicious "dark" rosé is wonderfully fresh on the nose and palate.
