Care Solidarity Rose

These are artistic wines, with each bottle featuring a work of art. According to the Anadas family, winemaking is an art. This label, created by artist Enrique Torrijo, embodies the power and finesse of Care wines. This true family winery was founded in 1932 when Mr. Anadas discovered a beautiful landscape in the Cariñena region. He had only one goal: to produce the finest and most affordable wines from the area. But that wasn't easy, as the vineyards in Cariñena required extensive work. When the Romans still ruled the area, they also worked incredibly hard, and with this in mind, he named the wines Care. Care is the old name for Cariñena. Over the years, the Anadas winery has invested heavily in modern techniques that have improved the quality.

The harvest of the Care Rosé

Isn't it a gorgeous bottle and label? We think it's beautiful! But that's not all that's wonderful about this new rosé from Care, because it's so beautifully balanced! It's made with Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo grapes, a perfect combination because the Cabernet provides depth and structure, while the Tempranillo adds a lot of softness. Both vineyards are currently producing a top harvest, partly due to the perfect climate in the vineyards. It's bursting with sunlight, but also cooled by the wind. This blend gives the grapes a unique environment.

The aroma and taste of the Care Solidarity Rosé

This is clearly noticeable in the aroma, with plenty of red fruit like strawberry, raspberry, and cherry, but not to forget the delicious hint of lime. The color is also fantastic, a light pink that resembles a Provence rosé! The flavor of this Care Solidarity Rosé is perfectly balanced: plenty of red fruit, a touch of citrus and grapefruit, and a hint of fresh flowers. Bring on the summer, but with this rosé in your glass, it's always good weather!
