The crown jewel of the renowned cava house, Josep Masachs. The founder of this Spanish sensation is the eponymous man, who already owned beautiful vineyards in the Penedes region in 1920. He actually cultivated the vineyards as a hobby, and producing cavas commercially wasn't his goal at the time. However, his son proved to have a flair for winemaking and business. This allowed Josep Masachs to grow for decades. Today, it is one of the leading wineries in the cava region.
