Chanson is a winery with a long and rich history. Founded in 1750, it is one of the oldest. The 45 hectares of vineyards are located in Burgundy and all have Premier Cru and Grand Cru status. With these vineyards in the most beautiful villages of the Côtes de Beaune, this winery has made a significant contribution to the region. They demand diligent viticulture and perfect ripeness, vinifying all their white and red wines from 100 percent whole bunches in their state-of-the-art facility on the outskirts of Beaune. They use Champagne-style fractional pressing to gently extract the juice and then age the wines in barrel, using no more than 30 percent new oak for the reds and 20 percent new oak for the whites. Chanson wines are characterized by elevated and exotic aromas, a supple texture, and rich, dense fruit without heaviness. Chanson is particularly obsessed with maintaining top quality across its entire range.

What does Chanson Chablis taste like?
