The various vineyards are located around Lake Garda, near the famous wine village of Bardolino. Cantine Lenotti was founded in 1906 and has since enjoyed an excellent reputation for local wines. Initially, they focused on the production and sale of barrel-aged wine. Later, they transitioned to producing quality wines exclusively bottled. Innovation is a key element at the winery, and in 2005, they completely renovated and modernized the vinification process, barrel storage, and bottling facility. Quality is always paramount, and in addition to traditional wines, Lenotti also produces well-known top wines from Veneto, such as Ripasso and Amarone.

The taste of Colle Forte Rosso

This red wine comes from the moraine and gravel soils on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. The grapes are carefully selected and then gently pressed. Fermentation then lasts six to eight days at a controlled temperature of around 23 degrees Celsius. During production, storage, and bottling, the winemaker focuses on the natural aromas, ensuring optimal preservation of the grape fruit. This wine pairs wonderfully with appetizers, meat, cheese, and grilled fish.
