In the vineyards, Yves and his team dedicate considerable time to ensuring the grapes for this magnificent Condrieu mature perfectly. Thanks to the old vines, the yield per plant is low, but the quality is outstanding. The harvest for this white wine is carried out entirely by hand, ensuring a rigorous selection of the grapes. As you can imagine, only the finest Viognier grapes are good enough for this gem of a Condrieu. After pressing, the wine is aged in barriques on its lees for nine months to enhance its depth and suppleness. The result is phenomenal.
