 Quality wines from Conte Leopardi
In the heart of the Marche region, we find the Conte Leopardi winery. The Leopardi Dittajuti family has been at the helm for generations. They produce a variety of white and red wines, each of which is of high quality. Near the Adriatic Sea, the winery owns 45 hectares of vineyards. Work in the vineyards and in the cellar go hand in hand, a quality the family firmly believes determines.

The Lacrima grapes are selectively harvested and destemmed almost immediately in the winery. The grapes are then crushed to release the juice and pulp. The crushed grapes undergo a fermentation process, during which select yeasts are added. Fermentation is closely controlled at a specific temperature to preserve the desired aromas and flavor profiles. Maceration also takes place during this process. Maceration helps extract color, tannins, and aromas from the skins, contributing to the wine's overall structure and complexity. The wine is then transferred to steel tanks for aging for 6 months. After this, the Conte Leopardi Lacrima di Morro d'Alba rests in the bottle for another 3 months.
