With meticulous grape selection and a dedicated production process, each Cote Roche wine embodies the essence of craftsmanship and elegance. The grapes are carefully selected from Montpellier and Béziers.
When the grapes are optimally ripe, they are harvested and taken directly to the winery. The winery believes it's important that the wine exudes quality and complexity. Therefore, refined vinification techniques are used. The wine is aged for an impressive six months in oak barrels, creating a warm and complex flavor.
The Coté Roche Viognier captivates with its classic aromas. Upon pouring, we immediately smell mandarin, jasmine, citrus, and the fresh scent of apricot. These aromas seduce you from the very first sip, revealing a refreshing yet complex flavor. This complexity is thanks to the wine's aging in oak barrels.
