The Syrah grape ripens very late, so it's harvested at the perfect time. At peak ripeness, the grapes are harvested at night and early morning to preserve as much freshness as possible. Upon arrival at the Croix d'Or press, the grapes are sorted on sorting tables to select the best bunches. Direct pressing with light skin contact follows to achieve the beautiful, light color.

The aroma is fresh and fruity with hints of blueberries and hints of wildflowers. Very pleasant flavor nuances of raspberries and strawberries.
