This Cordon Bleu Brut Rosé reflects the style and elegance of Champagne House De Venoge. Twenty percent reserve wine from the past two years has been added to this blend to give the Rosé a little more punch. The result is a beautiful Rosé with fruity aromas and ample minerality.

Quality grapes from De Venoge

In 1837, the Champagne house De Venoge was founded by the Swiss Henri-Marc de Venoge. For years, they have been at the forefront, producing exquisite Champagnes with a beautiful balance of fruit and elegance. In the heart of the Champagne region, they own a beautiful historic building. The house is particularly known for its Cordon Bleu Brut, which is marketed with a distinctive band on the label. This band symbolizes the Venoge River, which flows into Lake Geneva in Switzerland, the family's origins. Henri-Marc was also the first in the history of Champagne to design an illustrated label. A blend of Chardonnay, Meunier, and Pinot Noir. The Pinot Noir grapes are sourced from the premier cru and grand cru vineyards of Montage de Reims. The Chardonnay grapes come from the finest vineyards in Mesnil-sur-Oger and Trepail, and the Meunier comes from the Vallée de la Marne. Only the very best grapes are harvested at peak ripeness. Only the juice from the first pressing is used. They also opt for a very long aging period, giving Blanc de Blancs its distinctive character. They age the champagne on the lees for a minimum of three years, instead of the mandatory 15 months.

Enjoy the refreshing De Venoge Cordon Bleu Brut Rose

A refreshing Rosé from De Venoge. In the glass, the Cordon Bleu Brut Rosé radiates with vibrant bubbles and a pale pink color. The aromas are soft, with notes of red fruit and minerals. On the palate, clear notes of red fruit emerge, the softness of yogurt, and a pleasant finish.
