Domaine Anita Morgon Château Gaillard comes from the eponymous vineyard, "Château-Gaillard," in the Morgon appellation, situated at an altitude of 250 meters on schist subsoil. This beautiful vineyard boasts vines that are an impressive 70 years old and are hand-picked and selected. Twenty percent of the grapes are destemmed and undergo 12 days of fermentation. During this process, the cap is pressed down daily to extract more flavor and tannins. Finally, the wine is aged for six months in cement tanks and four months in the bottle.
