These vines are centrally located in the heart of the Côtes de Gascogne and enjoy excellent conditions. Plenty of sunshine, refreshing winds, and a rich soil structure. The harvest of the Domaine de Guillaman

Domaine de Guillaman manages 70 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc vineyards. The vines are between 10 and 20 years old. While these old vines may not produce large quantities of grapes, what they do produce is remarkably powerful. The limited yield of these grapes translates into the exceptional quality of the resulting wine.

As soon as you open the bottle, a beautiful, vibrant bouquet of aromas greets you. Lovely hints of limegrass, green apple, passion fruit, and a hint of lemon zest.
