Boutinot wines of high quality

Boutinot is a leading winery with a rich history and a passion for creating high-quality wines. Since its founding in 1972, Boutinot has been dedicated to producing wines of outstanding quality, striving for perfection in every bottle. Located in the heart of the world's wine regions, including France, Spain, Italy, and South Africa, Boutinot collaborates with respected winemakers and vinifiers to select the finest grapes and vinify them into exceptional wines. One of their wines is the Domaine de Vedilhan wines from France. The vinification process of Domaine de Vedilhan Syrah begins with the careful harvest of grapes from 40-year-old vines, where only the finest grapes are selected. After harvesting, the grapes undergo a first fermentation process in steel tanks, preserving the natural characteristics of the grapes. For some of the Syrah grapes, a second aging phase is initiated in oak barrels. This phase adds an extra dimension to the wine, integrating subtle oak notes with the rich fruitiness of the Syrah grape. After this aging period, the wines are carefully blended to achieve optimal balance and complexity.

The seductive aromas of Domaine de Vedilhan Syrah

Domaine de Vedilhan Syrah captivates with seductive aromas of violets and fruity notes. After the first sip, we immediately taste the juicy notes of blackberry and cassis, complemented by a pleasant spiciness. The wine is characterized by excellent balance, with no single element dominating; it is both full-bodied and robust, yet accessible. This versatile Syrah truly shines with roasted lamb with garlic and fresh herbs, but also reveals its delicious character with duck in plum sauce.
