Once the grapes are pressed, the black juice is partially aged in oak barrels. French barrels are chosen for this red wine, which matures in them for ten months. After this period, the winemaker blends both wines—the oak-aged portion and the stainless steel barrels. The aroma translates into impressions of cherries, raspberries, and a touch of violets, along with natural cedarwood and spices.
