Vineyard and Terroir

Vinification

After manual harvesting, the grapes are carefully selected and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and fruity aromas. A portion of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged in French oak barrels, which contributes to the wine's complexity and structure.
