The harvest for the Eins, Zwei, Zero Rose
For this rosé from Eins, Zwei, and Zero, three grape varieties are used: Merlot and Pinot Noir, with a tiny touch of Portugieser. All grapes are grown in Weingut Leitz's own vineyards. This allows Johannes Leitz to control the harvest and harvest the grapes at the perfect time. But before this happens, the bunches ripen in the best possible environment. Plenty of sunshine, a cool breeze, and a sharp drop in nighttime temperatures provide the bunches with everything they need. The strong soil structure, rich in gravel, clay, and loess, characterizes the region's freshness and freshness in this alcohol-free rosé. Once all the bunches have been rigorously selected and harvested, Johannes Leitz creates the blend and dealcoholizes the rosé through temperature. This way, he only loses the alcohol percentage, but not the wine's flavor and aroma.
The best alcohol-free rosé
Wonderfully fresh and ripe in taste—that's all we can say about this rosé in short. But our wine hearts raced when we opened it. Immediately after opening, we noted hints of red fruit with a touch of orange and citrus. These aromas intensified as we poured, but also revealed notes of rhubarb and rosehip. The light salmon-pink color reminds us of a glass of Provence rosé. With only 30 kcal per glass, you can keep drinking this divine juice! The taste is fantastic, with plenty of rich notes of strawberry, raspberry, and a touch of grapefruit. A touch of citrus and rosehip on the back of the tongue. But what balance and richness! The only thing it lacks is alcohol, but otherwise, the Eins, Zwei, Zero Rosé is a perfect rosé.
