A beautiful cava with a bright gooseberry color and red highlights, along with elegant and persistent bubbles. This cava is made from a blend of the finest grapes from western Requena, grown on the northern slopes. The wine matures patiently in the cellar for over nine months at seventeen degrees Celsius. The temperature remains constant throughout the entire aging process.

The best rose cava from El Miracle

The grapes are grown in the DO Cava region. This area is a quality mark for sparkling wines. While most cavas are produced in Catalonia, this cava is produced traditionally in Requena (Valencia). This method is also called "Champenoise." The goal is to allow the wine to ferment in the bottle, making it sparkling. Since 1885, the Valencian Gandia family has been active in the wine trade throughout Europe. It wasn't until the 1960s that they began bottling their own wine. They were the first winery in the wider Valencia area. Today, they produce wine throughout most of Spain. Vicente Gandia is a leading, innovative winery. Now run by the fourth generation, the company has focused on expanding its portfolio with wines from Rioja, Rueda, Rías Baixas, Ribera del Duero, and Priorat. Year after year, Vicente Gandia wines are reliable, accessible, and easy to drink, always offering exceptional value.

The aroma and taste of the El Miracle Cava Rose

The grape has a thin skin with little color, making it ideal for producing fine rosé wines. It also has a long ripening period, often resulting in high sugar levels. This results in a strong, fruity, and almost sweet wine. The result is an intensely fragrant rosé, with unfolding aromas of ripe red fruit against a background of pastry and mocha. The wine is full-bodied and lingering on the palate. Balanced acidity, with hints of rye bread, and a long, smooth finish. This rosé pairs wonderfully with fish and roasted meats.
