A high-quality and classic Châteauneuf du Pape from Perrin. Les Sinards is made primarily from young vines from Beaucastel and an adjacent vineyard. The blend consists primarily of Grenache, complemented by Syrah and Mourvedre. The grapes come from vines with an average age of 30 years.

The high quality of the Perrin family

The Perrin family's adventure began in 1909 when Pierre Perrin received the world-famous Château Beaucastel as a wedding gift. Today, the fifth generation is at the helm, working with equal enthusiasm. The château has been restored to its former glory, and Châteauneuf du Pape wines from Château Beaucastel have been among the finest in France for decades. Produced in the southern Côtes du Rhone region, the exquisite terroir creates unique wines with a distinct regional identity. Starting in August, the grapes are assessed for ripeness to determine the optimal harvest date. The grape varieties are harvested separately, entirely by hand. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are sorted. Some Syrah is vinified in whole bunches, while the other part and the Grenache are destemmed. Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines are vinified using the same process as those of Château de Beaucastel. After vinification, the wines are tasted to define the blend. Finally, they are aged for two years in oak.

What does Les Sinards Châteauneuf du Pape taste like?

This Les Sinards from Perrin reveals an intense ruby red in the glass. This Châteauneuf-du-Pape is the perfect combination of gourmet aromas and sweet spices, with notes of cherry, cinnamon, and cocoa. The full-bodied palate reveals a bouquet of red and black fruit. Well-balanced with a lovely acidity that enhances its fruity aromas, this wine offers a long finish. An excellent wine to pair with game dishes, but also perfect for a barbecue.
