A leader in the Italian wine landscape. A rosé based on the original Champagnes, made according to the traditionelle method. Ferrari's founder, Giulio Ferrari, can look back with satisfaction. His vision was clear: to develop a sparkling wine that could compete with the best in the world. Ferrari Maximum Rosé, in particular, has created many fans worldwide. This is due to the craftsmanship, the production process, and above all, because this Italian sparkling wine is incredibly delicious!
The Ferrari vineyards
Giulio Ferrari founded the eponymous winery in 1902. He immediately planted many hectares of Chardonnay. This was quite remarkable at the time, especially because Italians are so attached to their beautiful native grapes. However, Ferrari wanted to compete with Champagne, so Chardonnay was essential. Pinot Noir, also well-known in the Champagne region, was also used for this Ferrari Maximum Rosé. These two grape varieties bring out the best in each other, just as they do so well in the Champagne region. And you can immediately discover this when you open this stunning wine from Trentino.
Taste and aroma of Ferrari Maximum Rose
Harvesting is done by hand, allowing Ferrari to better select the best grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and fermented. The Pinot Noir skins are also briefly fermented, giving Ferrarti Maximum Rosé its beautiful color. The aroma is truly fantastic. You smell red berries, fresh cherries, and delicious strawberries. A slightly smoky scent also wafts upward. Taking a sip leaves you speechless. No wonder this is among Italy's finest bubbles. A refined mousse that rolls delightfully in your mouth. Red fruit and cherries create a phenomenal flavor combined with grapefruit and a hint of toast. A perfect bubbly for any occasion, whether you have something to celebrate, are enjoying as an aperitif, or simply crave an incredibly delicious bubbly.
