The Sacchetto winery is known for its classic, traditionally made Proseccos. Since 1920, the house has made them a specialty. But despite being over a century old, the winery is constantly evolving. That's why Sacchetto has launched two Proseccos under the Fili label, an abbreviation of the founder's first name, Filiberto. Both Proseccos are bottled in a modern bottle, designed to appeal particularly to younger drinkers. But ultimately, the content is what matters most. This Spumante is made from Glera and Pinot Nero grapes, and its bubbles are achieved using the Charmat Method, resulting in a fruity rosé with a smooth flavor.

A combination of tradition and modern winemaking

The Sacchetto winery is located in the town of Trebaseleghe, at the confluence of the provinces of Treviso, Padua, and Venice. They offer a wide range of wines, made with various grapes from various regions. They adhere to age-old traditions while simultaneously producing wines with a modern approach. The cellar has undergone significant modernization to produce wines with abundant fruit and a pure character.

What does Fili Prosecco Rose Brut taste like?

The grapes for this wine come from DOC vineyards. The resulting wine reflects Filibert's openness and friendly spirit. Fili is also an expression of the freshness, brilliance, and flavor of the best Prosecco. As is customary for Prosecco, this sparkling rosé is vinified using the Charmat method. This means the second fermentation takes place in sealed stainless steel tanks. To achieve the pink color, 10 percent Pinot Nero is used in the blend with Glera. The result is a pale pink rosé in the glass. The aroma reveals aromas of red fruit, roses, and acacia. It is a delicate, aromatic sparkling wine with a soft, seductive flavor. Perfect as an aperitif, but also delicious with antipasti.
