Graham's Blend No. 5 represents a fresh and cutting-edge approach to White Port. Specially crafted for mixing, it's lighter, sharper, and fresher than any other White Port. A unique Port that's absolutely worth trying!

A special blend for Graham's Blend No. 5 White Port

Charles Symington is the head winemaker at Graham Port. He selected two premium grape varieties to produce this new blend. And that's an exceptional choice. Traditionally, white port is aged in oak and usually has a slightly woody, oxidized flavor. But Graham has taken a different approach for this blend. The grapes are harvested by hand. This Port is primarily composed of two Portuguese grape varieties: the crisp Malvasia Fina and the aromatic Moscatel Galego. These give the blend a fruity flavor profile on the palate with the perfect balance of dryness. The grapes are cold fermented to accentuate their aromatic qualities before the cognac is added to halt fermentation. This preserves the sweetness of the port. It is then sold unaged, allowing the fruity notes to clearly emerge. Graham's Blend No. 5 is bottled three months after harvest to preserve maximum freshness and should be enjoyed young. The wine is medium dry, deliberately designed to blend well with tonic water, but also makes an excellent standalone drink.

A refreshing Port with a pleasant finish

This golden white port is characterized by its dry taste with distinct notes of fresh white grapes. These are paired with peach and a hint of sweet honey, which, together with the flavor of lime, create the undertone. The light hints of mint and lemon provide a pleasant finish. A special blend created for the perfect port and tonic. Yes, you read that right: a delicious drink served over ice under the blazing sun.
