Vintage Report

The 2012 Vintage Port vintage was exceptional, scoring 98 points in the Robert Parker Vintage Chart. The wines are currently still tannic, youthful, and lend themselves excellently to further aging.

The Vintage Port has a classic, dark, deep color that is almost viscous. The Grahams Quinta dos Malvedos boasts concentrated fruit notes of berries, blackberries, and chocolate. A full-bodied, powerful palate with ripe, soft tannins. The taste is long-lasting. This port is made exclusively from grapes from the Quinta dos Malvedos vineyard. At this high-altitude vineyard, the grapes benefit most from the natural conditions. Tip: After extended bottle aging, the Port develops a wider variety of aromas and gains more depth. Pour the wine through a sieve to remove any sediment.
