Gérard Bertrand Gris Blanc Rosé
Gris Blanc is a refined, modern rosé from Gérard Bertrand, produced in the Roussillon region, just a few kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea. The wine immediately stands out with its elegant, almost crystal-clear color and its fresh, light-hearted style. It is a rosé that combines southern character with a subtle minerality.
Vineyards and region – cooling from wind and sea
The grapes come from the Tautavel region, an area in the south of France that enjoys sunny days and cool nights. Thanks to the proximity of the sea and the influence of winds like the Tramontane, the grapes retain their fresh acidity while developing ripe aromas.
Vinification and maturation – precision for purity
The wine is made exclusively from light-colored grapes. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature to preserve the delicate aromas. Gris Blanc is vinified entirely in stainless steel and matured briefly on its fine lees. This keeps the wine pure, light, and vibrant.
