A beautiful Argentinian blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. The different grape varieties complement each other uniquely, creating an intense aroma and firm tannins on the palate. The winemakers have created a beautiful balance between fruit and power.

The vineyards of Kaiken Terroir Series

Located 100 kilometers south of Mendoza, at an altitude of 1250 meters above sea level, are the Los Chacayes vineyards. This location is where the grapes for this red blend are grown, among other things. Winters here are harsh and summers exceptionally warm. These significant temperature fluctuations favor the ripening process. The soil consists of coarse sand and limestone, which gives it excellent characteristics. In addition, some of the grapes come from the Agrelo vineyard, located at an altitude of 950 meters above sea level. This area enjoys a windy climate with warm days and cool nights. The soil structure consists of loamy silt, resulting in wines with abundant fresh fruit and a medium structure. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand in April. A strict selection process follows in the winery, followed by seven days of maceration. Fermentation then takes place in concrete tanks at a controlled temperature of 26 degrees Celsius. Finally, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for eight months.

A fruity and powerful red blend wine

With a garnet-red color, this Kaiken Terroir Series Cabernet Malbec Petit Verdot radiates in the glass. The aroma is spicy, with distinct notes of thyme and licorice. Aromas of fruit, bell pepper, and toasted almonds join in. The palate offers an intense attack with balanced acidity. Pleasant tannins complete the experience and conclude with a lingering finish.
