The Kiwi Cuvée brand was founded in 2001 to combine techniques and flavors from the New World with the nobility of French terroirs. A French brand with a New World twist. During his extensive travels, our oenologist was inspired by New Zealand wines and winemaking techniques. Maison Lacheteau, located in the heart of the Loire Valley, has established itself as a key player in Loire Valley wine production. The Kiwi wines are produced by the LaCheteau trading house and Vinital winery. They are the largest supplier of still wines from the Loire Valley and Languedoc regions. Every effort is made to obtain the finest grapes. Therefore, the best grapes from several vineyards across the country are selected and vinified together to create a delicious wine. After the harvest, another strict selection takes place, during which the quality of each individual grape is checked. The grapes are then destemmed and gently pressed. The juice ferments under controlled conditions and is given the necessary rest.
