Yes, yes, a worthy rival to the well-known Cote de Provence is this L'Impossible Rosé Grenache. Its beautiful light pink color and refined red fruit notes make it a beloved wine in the hospitality industry for good reason. Because let's be honest: at this price, it's definitely a king's wine. For this beautiful rosé, we travel to the south of France, specifically to the Languedoc region. This is where the L'Impossible vineyards, from which this rosé is made, are located. The old vines, filled exclusively with Grenache grapes, are situated in the region's finest locations. L'Impossible has several vineyards, giving this rosé more diversity than other wines from the same region and price range. It's therefore no wonder this rosé is so popular.

The best rosé wine from L'Impossible

The soil in which the vines for this rosé are planted is centuries old and contains primarily limestone and clay, allowing the Grenache grapes to grow perfectly. The deep roots draw strength from the soil, as well as sufficient moisture during the warm growing season. The wind that consistently blows through the vineyards cools the harvest, allowing the Grenache grapes to retain their freshness, which is evident in the flavor. When the harvest is ripe, it is gathered in the early morning to protect the bunches during transport to the L'Impossible winery. Upon arrival, the Grenache bunches are inspected, and only the finest are used in this rosé.

What does L'Impossible Grenache Rosé taste like?

This refined rosé with its beautiful light color is a welcome addition to our collection. The aroma of this L'impossible Rosé has hints of strawberry, raspberry, and candy. The taste is soft and fresh, with plenty of red fruit. The use of Grenache grapes also gives it a wonderfully smooth character.
