A perfect wine for lovers of robust, distinctive rosés. Besides the incredible freshness of this glass, you'll also discover many exuberant flavors in this wine from the South of France. This wine is launched annually in January during the local truffle festival in Uzes, just north of Nîmes. The truffle is the delicacy of this region. Therefore, the Bourdic winery decided to launch a wine that pays tribute to this delicious sensation. The result was La Rabassière Rosé, a superb glass of rosé that pairs perfectly with this wonderful condiment.
A rosé wine with wood aging
Bourdic boasts an impressive 1,600 hectares of vineyards spread across ten communes. This allows it to have a wide range of grapes. This allows the winery to select only the finest bunches and create phenomenal wines. This is also the case with La Rabassière Rosé. Two distinctive grape varieties are used: Syrah and Grenache. These two distinctly distinctive grapes originate from the Côtes du Rhone region. Because the Syrah is fermented and aged in oak barrels, La Rabassière Rosé acquires exceptional complexity and depth.
A thirst quencher we can't get enough of
Not your standard rosé, but a glass of wine that everyone can enjoy. This is partly thanks to the expertise of the French winery Bourdic. It's a summer treat, perfect for a leisurely lunch. The aroma is lush and dreamy. You smell red fruit, light vanilla, and a hint of rose petals. The taste is absolutely fantastic. You taste so much, including wild strawberries, red berries, soft woody notes, and a distinct vanilla. A truly perfect wine.
