The Brut Réserve is produced with great care using the traditional Méthode Traditionnelle methods, the same technique used for Champagne. However, Langlois adds a local twist. After the grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed, the juice is rigorously selected. Only the finest juice is processed further, creating a base of exceptional quality. Reserve wine from older vintages is then added. The wine is aged for at least 24 months on the lees, adding depth, complexity, and a creamy texture to the final result.
