The hallmarks of the Bordeaux vineyards are the elegance and freshness of the grapes, which, while reflecting a rich culture and steeped in a certain grandeur, are still easy to drink. The vineyards are a Legend, and this is where the name derives from. Once the grapes are ripe after a long growing period, they are harvested by hand and then partially aged for nine months in oak barrels. This gives this red Bordeaux its strength and finesse.
