We couldn't have come up with a better name for this Gascony wine than 3 F. It stands for Frais, Fruite, and Fantastique—fresh, fruity, and fantastic. These three words are clearly key to this white wine from the Cotes de Gascogne. However, we do have one point of criticism. Instead of 3 F, we would rename this white wine to 4 F. The fourth F stands for celebration, because that can begin as soon as you open this Gascony white wine.

However, Armagnac production declined, and winegrowers discovered that the vineyards were ideal for producing successful wines. This was also the case at this winery. It was primarily aromatic varieties like Gros Manseng, Sauvignon Blanc, and Colombard that thrived in the vineyard, thanks in part to the magnificent terroir.

What does this white wine from Gascony taste like?

Les 3 F Frais Fruite Fantastique Gascogne has been a huge success for several years. It is aromatic, fruity, refreshing, and lush. In short: Fantastic. Or as the French say: Fantastique. The aroma is a delight: fresh lemons and ripe pears. The palate is bursting with white fruit and a hint of apricot. A subtle yet light spice makes Les 3 F Frais Fruite Fantastique Gascogne an ideal aperitif wine or to accompany a hearty lunch.
