Southern France's newest addition to our selection. Throughout the year, our vinologists continue to search for the finest wines. The undiscovered gems. The wines you simply must try! During one of our wine trips, this time in our favorite country, France, we stumbled upon the Tour Saint Martin winery. This winery, located in the vast Languedoc-Roussillon region, produces our favorite wines, Les Petites Cabanes. A range of wines that stand out for their price and quality, and truly capture the essence of Southern France in a fine glass of wine.

A wood-aged Chardonnay from France

Les Petites Cabanes wines are produced in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, located in southeastern France. Roughly stretching from Marseille to the French-Spanish border, you'll be overwhelmed by hundreds of hectares of vineyards. Les Petites Cabanes wines are produced just north of the popular medieval city of Carcassonne. A little more inland, but certainly no less so. Besides all the classic grape varieties found in this region, such as Viognier, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, the vineyards of Les Petites Cabanes cultivate a truly well-known grape. A grape beloved worldwide: we're talking, of course, about the all-rounder Chardonnay.

Enchanted by the region's vibrant climate, the grapes blossom and are imbued with a succulent richness. Each cluster, carefully harvested in the still hours of early morning, bursts with fullness. But it's the penetrating oak aging that elevates Les Petites Cabanes Chardonnay Grande Reserve to unprecedented heights, enveloping it in an irresistible character that makes it truly unique. The aroma is a symphony in itself—think ripe apricots, vanilla and woody notes, softly roasted almonds, and the delicate kiss of blossom on a spring morning. But it's on the palate that this wine reveals its full power. Rich vanilla, succulent yellow fruit, and a finish so lush and creamy that it tantalizes your taste buds and begs for more. Les Petites Cabanes offers us a wine with a signature fullness and power, honed in oak. And we love it!
