Rarely have we had the pleasure of tasting such a beautiful sparkling wine from Puglia. A superb sparkling wine for any occasion. The perfect wine for an aperitif, for example, or light fish appetizers.

Sparkling wine from San Marzano

This sparkling Italian wine from San Marzano is a blend of 80% Chardonnay, 10% Bombino, and 10% Minutolo. The latter two grape varieties were chosen to give Liboll more tension, depth, and flavor. The San Marzano vineyards where these grapes grow are rich in limestone. This enhances the fresh character of Liboll Extra Dry San Marzano. It's the perfect soil for creating a good fizz. The grapes for this Italian wine are harvested very early in the morning. This allows the balanced acidity to be perfectly preserved.
