The Louis Bouillot Crémant de Bourgogne Grande Réserve Brut Perle de Vigne is made according to the traditional method from Burgundy, the same method as for Champagne. What makes Crémant de Bourgogne interesting compared to Champagne? The wine is produced in the same way, but comes from Burgundy, which provides its own style and often a more accessible price level.

This Crémant is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay and Aligoté.

Origin: Burgundy

The grapes come from different parts of Burgundy, where sparkling wines have long played an important role.

In the glass, this Crémant shows a clear pale yellow color with a fine, persistent mousse. The wine is known for fresh fruit notes, light brioche, and an elegant structure. The balance between freshness and aging makes this a versatile sparkling wine.

Serve well chilled around 6–8 °C to optimally experience the freshness and mousse.
