This wine comes from Bodegas Luzón's distinctive organic line, which is entirely dedicated to sustainable, pure wines. The wine is made from Airén and comes from Certified Organic Farming Vineyards in Jumilla. Thanks to the gentle pressing and controlled fermentation at a low temperature, freshness is retained to the fullest. A vegan-friendly wine, without animal fining agents and without compromising on flavor or character.

Vineyards and region

The grapes come from organic vineyards in Jumilla, a wine region in southeastern Spain. The warm, dry climate combined with chalky soils produces healthy, fully ripe grapes. The altitude of the vineyards provides the necessary cooling, essential for the freshness of white wines from this region. This natural balance gives the wine its lively and fruity character.

Vinification and maturation

After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed, after which fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 10 to 16°C. This process lasts 15 to 20 days and is entirely focused on preserving aromatic freshness. No oak aging is used. The focus is entirely on the purity of the Airén grape and the fresh character of the wine.

100% Airén – an indigenous Spanish grape known for its light body, fresh acidity, and fruity aromas. In Jumilla, it produces surprisingly expressive and balanced wines.

Tasting notes and serving suggestions

Pale yellow in color. The aroma reveals notes of peach, tropical fruit, and flowers. The palate is smooth, fruity, and refreshing with a lively acidity that makes the wine extra drinkable.

Pairs well with: hake with cream sauce, summer salads or light tapas.
