When talking about excellent rosé wine, there's only one wine region to mention: Provence. This beloved destination for thousands of Dutch people is the birthplace of fine rosé wines! Who wouldn't love the rolling, somewhat rugged landscape, characterized by lavender fields as far as the eye can see? A pleasant contrast between small, authentic fishing villages and bustling jet-set cities: that's Provence. Many renowned wineries here have enormous estates where the local wine is produced: Provence Rosé.

Since this summer, we've proudly been selling the Manon Cotes de Provence Rosé. A secret dream, as we've loved this outstanding rosé from afar for years. And now we have it in our own hands. It's a skillful rosé, perfect on every level. It's a structured blend of 60% Grenache Noir, 30% Cinsault, and 10% Syrah: the grapes from the Cotes de Provence. The grapes are grown in specially selected plots located in the heart of Provence. Not only the plots, but each grape is inspected by the iconic oenologist Pierre Vieillescazes, a true hero among wine lovers.

Drink Manon Cotes de Provence Rosé wine

The grapes are harvested under strict supervision. This begins at night to ensure the freshness of the grapes. By pressing the grapes immediately under cool conditions, the best of each individual grape is extracted. Fermentation is extremely short to preserve the attractive color. But the most remarkable aspect? The aroma and flavor. Blooming honeysuckle, soft peach, and small red fruit immediately evoke a sense of Provence. As you savor Manon Cotes de Provence Rosé, its silky smoothness is immediately apparent. The finish offers a subtle, delicate spice, making it impossible to get enough of Manon Cotes de Provence Rosé.
