A surprisingly powerful and robust glass of wine. It's no wonder, with two grape varieties that consistently enhance each other. Syrah and Tempranillo perfectly embody the power and passion of Spain and translate this into an excellent glass of wine. As soon as the bottle is opened, you're transported to a paradise where pure Spanishness reigns supreme. You smell Spanish enjoyment, the Spanish countryside, and the almost eternally shining Spanish sun.
The wines of Marqués de la Carrasca
The Spanish wines from this winery are produced by the umbrella organization Bodegas Lozano, a large and important winery in the region. Despite their modern and contemporary style of wines, Bodegas Lozano is already a veteran. The story of this magnificent winery begins over a hundred years ago. In 1920, the simple farmer Juan Ramon Lozano decided to make wine from his own grapes. This proved to be a great success. The third generation now runs the winery with great enthusiasm. For over fifty years, he has been caring for his grandfather's legacy. Soon, the fourth generation will take over, making Bodegas Lozano, and therefore also Marqués de la Carrasca, a true family business.
Marques de la Carrasca Tempranillo Shiraz wine drinking
Tempranillo is the national pride of Spanish wines, while Shiraz possesses the power, spunk, and temperament. An ideal combination for a Spanish wine. Both grape varieties also thrive in the hot summers of the Iberian Peninsula. This allows them to experience a balanced growing process. These conditions create a spectacular aroma and flavor. Get ready for red berries, plump blackberries, fragrant tobacco, and rich, dark chocolate. Combined with the typical Spanish spiciness, Marques de la Carrasca Tempranillo Shiraz makes for a fine glass of wine.
