A unique Brut Rosé from sun-drenched Italy. Costaripa Winery uses a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes for this wine. All grapes are sourced from the Lombardy wine region. The ideal climate and fertile soil allow the grapes to ripen perfectly, resulting in a fruity, fresh, and elegant wine.
The family business Costaripa
The Costaripa winery was born from a family passion. The beautiful winery overlooks the Brescian shores of Lake Garda. Mattia Vezzola founded the winery with precise objectives. He opened his own winery and focused entirely on the quality of the products from this region. Everything revolved around quality wines. And this passion was lovingly passed on to the next generations. These successive generations dedicated their lives to a single goal. Today, the winery is run by the third generation, who currently own 55 hectares of vineyards planted with the finest and highest-quality grape varieties.
This Brut Rosé is made from 80 percent Chardonnay and 20 percent Pinot Nero grapes, both grown in the limestone and clay regions of Lake Garda and Iseo. When the grapes reach peak ripeness, they are carefully harvested and taken directly to the winery. A gentle pressing follows, followed by fermentation. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels, after which the wine is allowed to mature on its own lees.
