The scenery here is truly phenomenal, with beautiful, thick vines, vibrantly colored flowers, and crops you only see in the most beautiful places in the world. The old, thick vines now produce truly magnificent, full clusters. This new Mirada winery is part of Hammeken Cellars, a well-known name when it comes to top wines from this stunning Spanish wine region.
Organic rosé from Mirada
This Mirada rosé is made from two grape varieties: Bobal and Tempranillo. Both are fully organically grown, preserving the freshness and purity of the grapes. The grape varieties thrive in an extremely continental climate. This allows the bunches to grow very evenly and draw abundant nutrients from the rich soil structure. The hot summers give the bunches great strength, and that's reflected in the finesse of this rosé. What a beautiful wine this is, and it's packaged in one of the most beautiful bottles!
The scent and taste of the Mirada Organic Rose
Our senses are tingling, because the bottle alone is a work of art. But it doesn't stop there, as soon as the cap pops open, we smell soft aromas of red fruit with a touch of citrus. Pouring reveals a beautiful light pink color, a subtle shimmer of orange, and a light pink rim. Nosing the glass reveals a bouquet of red fruit, citrus notes, and a touch of fresh rose. Anyone who didn't know better might quickly think they were sniffing a very expensive Provence. Shhh, don't tell anyone, because for this price, it's a true gem. On the palate, this Mirada Organic Rose has a soft, red fruit attack on the tongue, reminiscent of strawberry and raspberry. On the cheeks, a lovely freshness of lime and a touch of apricot. The finish is crisp and lingers. Yes, this is our new friend!
