Monólogo Arinto P24 is a monovarietal wine produced with Arinto grapes from the P24 plot at Quinta de Santa Teresa. This estate is currently converting to organic farming, and this is clearly evident in the exceptionally pure aroma and flavor.
Portugal's most revolutionary wine producer
Last year, A&D Wines was named the most revolutionary wine producer by Portugal's leading wine magazine, VINHO, for their innovative Vinho Verde. Alexandre & Dialina Gomes are technical engineers with a deep passion for wine. It's no wonder, then, that the winery bears their initials. Their background is immediately evident in the exceptionally healthy vineyards and meticulously clean winery. The wines are made from indigenous varieties such as Avesso, Arinto, and Malvasia Fina, with minimal intervention. The result is incredibly pure wines with abundant grape authenticity, expression, and freshness.
Monólogo represents a single grape from a distinct vineyard. Each wine in the Monólogo series has a "monologue": its own story with its own character. This character is depicted in the animated labels. The label of this Arinto depicts a woman with flowers and a basket of fruit. They represent the wine's delicate character.

The grapes are hand-picked and rigorously inspected. Afterward, the grapes are destemmed. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature in stainless steel vats, with part of the fermentation coming into contact with the skins. Minimal intervention is maintained throughout the process, allowing the authentic characteristics to fully emerge.
The Arinto is a fresh wine, with delicate aromas and good acidity. In the glass, it has a crisp, sparkling straw yellow color. Initially, the aromas are somewhat closed, but after a little rolling and a little time, a lovely freshness emerges on the nose, with citrus fruits like lime and a light floral note. On the palate, the wine is slightly minerally and has a lively yet balanced acidity, leaving a fresh and pleasant finish.
