For this Morando rosé, the Rondinella grapes come from the Bardolino vineyard. This vineyard is located in the Bardolino Classico region, overlooking beautiful Lake Garda. The location is perfect for producing a rosé, as the fresh breeze infuses this Morando Rosé with a wonderful freshness.

The quality wines of Campagnola

Carlo Campagnola founded the eponymous winery in 1886. The winery has been in the family's possession for four generations. The cellars are located in Valgatara. In addition to its own vineyards, the family business also has numerous long-term contracts with winemakers from Soave, Bardolino, Valpolicella, and Gambellara, as well as farmers from the province of Apulia. The vineyards in these areas are carefully selected. Thanks to these contracts, the winery is guaranteed the finest quality grapes for its Morando wines. The grapes are pressed in cellars in Valgatara and Apulia, using state-of-the-art equipment for winemaking and bottling. The white wines retain their freshness through fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. After fermentation, they are aged in original marble cellars in Slavonian oak barrels to refine their flavors.

The vinification of Morando Bardolino Chiaretto Rose

The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. They then briefly soak on the skins, after which they are gently pressed. Finally, they are bottled, ready for us to enjoy. According to Italian wine law, Chiaretto wines are considered light reds rather than rosés. Its color comes from the long contact with the skins. As soon as you open the bottle, a beautiful bouquet of aromas greets you, particularly with hints of cherry fruit, grapefruit, and small red berries. The lively palate offers a fresh, refreshing first impression, wonderfully thirst-quenching with plenty of red fruit. On the back of the tongue, we also detected mint, grapefruit, and grenadine. What a gem, and a truly perfect rosé for a house wine. Everyone will love it!
