This vineyard benefits from natural soil fertility, allowing nature to do its work. The vines are protected by copper and sulfur in the soil. Organic cultivation for Sangiovese

Founded in 1929, Poderi dal Nespoli is one of the most historic wineries in Emilia Romagna. Located about 20 kilometers from Forlì, it is surrounded by 30 hectares of vineyards. Today, as in the past, the winery is managed by the Ravaioli family. Now in the third and fourth generations, Fabio Ravaioli and his cousin Celita currently run the estate. The two are dedicated to the local Sangiovese grape and have been recognized with numerous awards for years. The location of the vineyards and the valley's geography contribute to a microclimate that is particularly ideal for viticulture. The winery prioritizes respect for the environment, including the reuse of water and heat. The organically grown grapes are produced without the addition of synthetic chemicals to preserve environmental biodiversity. The only treatment applied to the vines is a Bordeaux mixture (sulfur and copper). No artificial fertilizers are added to the vines, and the products used during vinification are certified organic.

A Sangiovese for every occasion

It has a bright red color with violet highlights. The aroma offers a rich bouquet with red fruit aromas typical of Sangiovese from this region, such as violet and cherry notes. This is a wine for any occasion, with its fresh, fruity flavor and medium structure thanks to the delicate tannins. This organic wine pairs perfectly with pasta dishes in tomato or meat sauce, roasted white meats, and medium-aged cheeses.
