A romantic story. An ode to the beautiful winery, which has been a leader in Northern Italy for three generations. Farina's coat of arms features a "love knot," a knot with three loops. This inscription was discovered on Farina's medieval estate. The knot has three loops. This inspired Farina's winemaker: each loop stands alone yet forms a complete whole with the other two. With this in mind, the winemaker set to work on Farina Nodo D'Amore Rosse.
The magnificent vineyards of Farina
Farina Nodo D'Amore Rosso is an excellent trio. The Corvina, Merlot, and Teroldego complement each other perfectly. Farina has been active in Veneto and the surrounding area for decades, allowing her to have access to the finest vineyards. The vineyards for Farina Nodo D'Amore Rosso are located on volcanic soils at an altitude of 400 meters. This perfect location allows the grapes to develop optimally. The harvest is entirely manual, and after vinification, the wine is aged in Slavonian oak barrels, 30% of which are new. This releases abundant flavor and makes this red wine almost perfect.
A worthy prize winner
Farina Nodo D'Amore Rosso is one of Farina's newest wines. We were immediately won over by the astronomical quality of this wine. However, we're not the only ones. The Netherlands' most renowned wine journalist was also very enthusiastic. Harold Hamersma gave Farina Nodo D'Amore Rosso an 8.5 in his most recent edition of the Grote Hamersma magazine.

You can tell the Farina family poured their love into this wine in every detail. A masterpiece of the winemaker. Farina Nodo D'Amore Rosso has aromas of jam, berries, and red fruit. Smell again, and more complex notes reveal themselves: cinnamon, black pepper, cloves, cardamom, and balsamic vinegar. Nodo D'Amore Rosso is a glass you can linger in. Despite its broad aroma, the wine remains delightfully fresh. Perfectly balanced and never too heavy. The intensity of the finish is pleasant.
