Nodus Sauvignon Blanc Ecologico is an organic white wine from Bodegas Nodus, born from a passion for purity. Made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, night harvesting and cold maceration before pressing ensure maximum freshness and aromatic intensity. This wine combines a fruity, refined style with a sustainable approach to the vineyard.

Vineyards and region

This Sauvignon Blanc comes from organically managed vineyards at Finca El Renegado in Caudete de las Fuentes (600 meters above sea level), in the DO Utiel-Requena region. The combination of chalky soils, hot days, and cool nights produces grapes with crisp acidity and bright fruit – exactly what you want in a Sauvignon Blanc with character.

Vinification and maturation

The grapes are harvested by hand in the late evening to preserve freshness. They then undergo a short, low-temperature maceration with the skins before pressing. The wine is fermented and aged in oak for four months. The organic approach in the vineyard and cellar enhances the natural expression.

Pale yellow with a greenish hue. The nose offers intense aromas of grapefruit, green apple, and tropical fruit. The palate is fresh, juicy, and crisp with a taut, mineral character and a long, perfumed finish.

Pairs perfectly with: oysters, grilled fish, fresh salads or soft goat's cheese.
