The vineyards are situated at an altitude of between 500 and 800 meters, an ideal altitude for the Tempranillo grape in particular. This method involves fermenting the wine in stainless steel tanks with twice as many grape skins. This gives the red wine a rich color, aroma, and, above all, flavor.
