It lives up to its name because this is more than just "One Bottle of Chardonnay." A wine with great depth and richness, born in the Murray River Valley. The wine region lies north of Melbourne and is known for its beautiful climate. Many winemakers are active here. This white wine is therefore produced by a cooperative of passionate winemakers. The knowledge of all the winemakers is immense, which made the first wine a resounding success. They work closely together to create this beautiful Australian wine. They named the wine "Arithmetics" because it took considerable calculation to find the best way to present this white wine. Well, they succeeded: a Chardonnay with a lot of punch. It's no wonder they named it "One Bottle of Chardonnay."
The old Chardonnay vineyard of Arithmetics
The Austwine cooperative has been crafting the finest wines from the grapes provided by the winegrowers since 1993. And they're proud of this; they have a completely renovated winery that features all the latest technology. This allows them to produce an exceptionally pure white wine from the thick bunches. The bunches are grown in GI Riverland, South Australia. On old vines with deep roots, the harvest grows phenomenally, and this is reflected in the wine. This white wine is not aged in oak barrels, which increases its drinkability and makes it a wine that adapts easily.
The aroma and taste of the One Bottle of Chardonnay
Upon opening the bottle, we immediately smell a powerful aroma of tropical fruit, interspersed with hints of nectarine and lime. In the glass, it displays the color of a true, full-bodied Chardonnay, golden yellow with a faint green shimmer. It flows beautifully from the glass, giving us a sense of exotic fruit with hints of fresh peaches and limes. The palate is lively and mildly dry, with plenty of richness from the aforementioned fruit, along with hints of mango and pineapple.
