This Oynos is based on the indigenous Pinot Grigio. This grape has made waves in northern Italy, particularly in the Veneto province, where it is widely planted. Meanwhile, this indigenous grape is gaining ground in the rest of Italy, including in the vineyards of Sicily. Unique to this Oynos Pinot Grigio is that the white wine is entirely organically produced. This means no pesticides or synthetic fertilizers are used during the production process.
